Placement varies by event and venue. Some markets include both indoor and outdoor spaces. Vendors may submit placement requests in advance, and requests will be honored when possible; however, final placement decisions are made by Heart n Soul Markets. If you would like to be placed next to a vendor friend or family member, please contact us at least two weeks before the market so we may place you accordingly.

Setup and breakdown times are provided in advance of each event. Vendors must arrive and remain set up within the designated windows. Early breakdown is not permitted.
